Data for AT in the PLAAFPStep One
Identify Barrier: in other words, ask yourself: "What task does the student need to do that is currently difficult or impossible and for which AT may be an option?" Step Two Prior to IEP, staff person collects baseline data in area of need. Step Three Make sure PLAAFP reflects AT needs. PLAAFP should state specific baseline data. Step Four If AT is already in place or has been tried, in the PLAAFP you should: * Add the data taken * Comment on how ongoing AT is supporting the student |
